★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llame al número telefónico que aparece en su anuncio y pregunté si tenían alguna sucursal no tan lejos de las trancas y si tenían máquinas para cortar pelo de perros, quedó la señorita de averiguar la dirección de la sucursal y si tenían ese tipo de máquinas, (pregunté una en específico) me dijo le devuelvo la llamada, eso fue como a las 5:20 p.m, aprox. Como no me llamó, fui directamente a las trancas, y ya iban a cerrar y pues me dijeron que no venden rasuradoras, por eso llame para no hacer el viaje desde banderilla en vano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se les pidió unos medicamentos desde el día martes para el día viernes y si no les marcaba para ver cómo iba lo de mi pedido no me decían nada, le tiraron la culpa al repartidor. Se les dio oportunidad de entregar día sábado e igual, según el repartidor lleva horas perdido por el domicilio de entrega y a lo último me dijeron que el repartidor traía apagado el celular y que quién sabe si las entregaban hoy. Al final no nos dieron una solución cuando desde ayer que quedaron mal nos dijeron que el envío iba a ser prioritario.
Terrible service, they were asked for some medications from Tuesday to Friday and if I didn't dial them to see how my order was going they wouldn't tell me anything, they blamed the delivery man. They were given the opportunity to deliver on Saturday and the same, according to the delivery man he has been lost for hours at the delivery address and at last they told me that the delivery man had his cell phone turned off and who knows if they delivered them today. In the end they did not give us a solution when since yesterday that they were bad they told us that the shipment was going to be a priority.
