★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gothic architecture, that amazing and imponent pipe organ, the huge stained glass art at every corner, each tower measure 107 meters height and the atrium it's as imponent as the size of the church. A must visit place with no hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly the tallest cathedral in Mexico. Its construction history was quite complicated. Construction began in 1898, but wasn't completed until 2009. Between 1914 until 1990, construction was abandoned due to the Mexican Revolution, Cristero War, lack of funding and the loss of the cathedral's original blueprints. Half of it was completed between that 76 year gap. It was a miracle it took 19 years to complete the rest. Now it is historical icon of Zamora.
