★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues a nosotros si nos dieron nuestra sala, después de casi un mes cuando habían dicho 15 días. También dejaron de contestarnos los teléfonos y teníamos que ir al local a estar preguntando, la atención al cliente deficiente, ellos si ponen en sus notas que después de cierto tiempo te cobran más pero como clientes nada te ampara ni te projeten en caso de que no te den nada. Tuvimos suerte en que si nos dieran la sala

Que pena que pongan sus ofertas ya que todo es mentira, no entregan cuando prometen, la atención es nefasta y jamás dan una respuesta clara. Siempre se escudan con pretextos y jamás me regresaron mi dinero cuando el acuerdo había sido ese. No lo recomiendo para nada. Si valoran su dinero, no lo desperdicien aquí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por suerte nos entregaron, movieron la fecha de entrega, pero si llegó. Aunque nos dejaron "en visto" la mayoría de las veces que preguntamos por la sala vía WhatsApp. Si no hubiese mostrado interés en ir físicamente a la tienda, no nos notifican que la sala había llegado.
Luckily they delivered us, they moved the delivery date, but it did arrive. Although they left us "in sight" most of the times we asked about the room via WhatsApp. If they had not shown interest in physically going to the store, they would not notify us that the room had arrived.

El sillón lo ordene junto con una pequeña sala cuando fui a recogerla faltaba el sillón y los cojines,Que quedaron formalmente en entregarlos a mi domicilio como compensación y es fecha que no lo han entregado,no contestan llamadas,ni mensajes de watss app. Ni haciendo presencia en la tienda pues la señorita que esta no sabe nada y ni a ella le contestan.deberían sancionarlos por tanto incumplimiento. No compren ahí evitense los corajes no vale la pena la calidad de los sillones no es tan buena no deberían recibir ni una estrella

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad, fue terrible mi experiencia. Por no revisar comentarios en internet y confiarme de que se encuentran en una plaza me lleve una experiencia horrible. La señorita de piso fue muy amable, ella hace su chamba pero los que mueven la mueblería son nefastos. No cumplieron con el trato e iban a quedarse con mi dinero, tuve que presionarlos hasta el.punto de hablarles tres veces al día, incluso amenazar con demandar si no me entregaban la sala.
La verdad no valió la.pena el tiempo, dinero y corajes. Eviten corajes y busquen otras opciones.
The truth was, my experience was terrible. For not reviewing comments on the internet and trusting me that they are in a square, I had a horrible experience. The lady on the floor was very kind, she does her job but those who move the furniture store are nefarious. They did not comply with the deal and they were going to keep my money, I had to pressure them to the point of speaking to them three times a day, even threatening to sue if they did not give me the room.
The truth was not worth the time, money and courage. Avoid anger and look for other options.

El mueble demoró una semana más en llegar pero está muy bien.
No se desesperen, sí entregan los muebles aunque demoran más de lo acordado.

No respetan fechas de entrega y sus precios no incluyen IVA te salen con el fraude de que se suma el IVA en caso que quieras factura, además de que su atención a clientes por parte de la venderora en tienda es totalmente mediocre y engañoso.muy mala Experiencia con esta tienda.
