León on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo que reconocer que hacen un trabajo digno pero la puntualidad no es lo suyo, esta empresa cuenta con 5 sucursales y esta en particular es la que más tarde abre. Hoy traía algo de prisa y me urgía lavar el carro, el horario dice que a partir de las 9am comienza el servicio, pero eran las 9:30 y aún no habían ni abierto. El carro terminó súper limpio y la verdad hacen bien trabajo los lavadores pero la administración es muy malita. Cabe destacar que el autolavado de Av. Venustiano Carranza es mucho mejor en ese sentido, mucho más puntuales y rápido el servicio. I have to admit that they do a decent job but punctuality is not their thing, this company has 5 branches and this in particular is the one that opens later. Today I was bringing something in a hurry and it was urgent for me to wash the car, the schedule says that the service begins at 9am, but it was 9:30 and they hadn't even opened yet. The car ended up super clean and the cleaners do a good job but the administration is very bad. It should be noted that the car wash on Av. Venustiano Carranza is much better in that sense, the service is much more punctual and faster.

Q	Quiúbole Max on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para ser "VIP" considero que le hace falta mucho, y más empeño en el detallado, ya que los autos salen con muchos detalles de un mal secado o lavado; trabajan rápido, pero si buscas algo bien hecho, realmente no es el mejor lugar para asistir, almenos que te quieras arriesgar a que no lo dejen como debe de ser, y les aclaro, no hablo más que lo que debidamente deberían de hacer por sentido común: Bien lavado y bien secado, y más cuando de clientes o autos nuevos se trata. Les dejo dos fotos para ver si se nota lo mal secado del auto, y la contaminación que dicha falta de detallado le ocasiona a la pintura del auto. El precio es muy justo para el servicio. Tienen sala de espera con aire acondicionado. El encargado está atento a todo lo que están haciendo los empleados y como hacen el servicio. Me quiso cobrar $20 pesos más, primero argumento que le habían hecho más que un lavado normal, cuando lo cuestione al respecto, ya que yo vi lo que le hicieron el lavado normal, me dijo que era porque los precios publicados ahí eran viejos. Solo me devolvió $10 de los $20 que me quiso cobrar de más. En resumen, mentiras para robar $10 pesos. Porque poquito se quema la gente. Consejo: si van ahí, porque no encuentran nada menos peor, confirmen el precio antes de que se los laven. The manager is a brazen thief.
