Tardan demasiado en atender y en darte los productos, siempre que voy tardan demasiado y los que atienden pareciera que te están haciendo un favor en atenderte, te tienen parado mucho tiempo sin decirte algo y lo peor es que si quieres que te lleven un producto a domicilio, tienes que rogarle y hasta me tocó que para venderme un producto no lo vendían junto, me querían vender de a fuerzas otro papel porque según ellos: “les sobra ese papel si no lo venden junto con el otro”. Les recomiendo que vayan a otro lugar, no pierdan su tiempo aquí
Terrible customer service, terrible service. They take too long to attend and give you the products, whenever I go they take too long and those who attend it seems that they are doing you a favor in attending you, they have stopped for a long time without telling you something and the worst thing is that if you want to take a product to address, you have to beg them and it even happened to me that to sell me a product they did not sell it together, they wanted to forcefully sell me another paper because according to them: “they have plenty of that paper if they don't sell it together with the other”. I recommend you go somewhere else, do not waste your time here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio.. no me asesoraron sobre los productos.. solo quieren que llegues a pagar y listo.. preguntas sobre lo que quieres comprar y ni te apoyan, cajera amargada..
Terrible service .. they didn't advise me on the products .. they just want you to pay and that's it .. questions about what you want to buy and they don't even support you, bitter cashier ..
