I went to the store twice to ask for a quote for the same piece of furniture. In none of the occasions they sent me a quote. Very unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is awful here. My budget was around 8k USD and all I wanted to do was to charge my phone in the meantime. The sales representative said that there's no outlets. I looked at her and said there's one right next to you. She said that her manager doesn't allow this and walked away mid conversation. I would understand if it was covid related but she just walked away and didn't even help me choose a decent desk. She didn't even say goodbye or have a nice day. Lets just say that I'll be taking my business elsewhere and not support rude people.
