★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tengo desde mayo un descuento de una hoja roja que no procedió por firma ya realice tres solicitudes de cancelación de descuento tal cuestión que no ha procedido y esto me esta afectando en mi economía alguien me podría decir donde acudir o adonde poner mi inconformidad. los tramites los realice en issste plaza perisur pachuca hidalgo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si llegas temprano no hay mucha gente y pasas rápido. Si necesitas copias o impresión del último comprobante de pago casi en contra esquina hay un lugar y te apoyan a imprimirlo, sólo debes llevar el carnet para eso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui por el reporte de pagos cancelados, y llevando acta de defunción, último recibo de pago, y una identificación oficial. Me lo tramitaron en 6 minutos una vez adentro. Lo malo es que va mucha gente y la fila se hace hacía la calle, hay que llegar temprano, si no quieres hacer fila.
