★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de llamar para solicitar los requisitos para tramitar Certificacion de Proteccion Civil me contesto Elvia del Carmen Guzman Guillermo y se nego a otorgarme los requisites via telefonica, es una estupidez que no sea capaz de informar algo tan simple, se supone que llame para agilizar y ganar tiempo. Me dijo "traiga todos sus papeles y aqui le atendemos" y se nego a informarme que papeles tengo que llevar para realizer el tramite... Burocracia al 1000...
