★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un pésimo servicio completamente déspota como si la gente les diera asco, no suficiente cierran antes de tiempo e incluso abierto y uno dentro con 10 e incluso 15 minutos antes del cierre te dicen que esta cerrado.
 A terrible service completely despicable as if people were disgusting, not enough close before time and even open and one inside with 10 and even 15 minutes before closing they tell you that it is closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiero tramitar el acta de matrimonio, me dirijo a la página oficial del gobierno de Nuevo León y me señalan que acuda a cualquier Dirección del Registro Civil, acudo aquí y me mandan a otro lugar. Desconozco la pésima organización que manejan.

Very slow for the paperwork. Since October I put all the stationery for 1 divorce certificate and it is time that they do not give an answer. One calls by phone calls later calls tomorrow. Bad bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para trámites simples no es tardado, lo malo es que atienden por la ventana y las instalaciones no están adecuadas para eso, es muy incómodo estar en los escalones esperando, en especial a personas de la tercera edad o con bebés en brazos, que van a registrar, y esos si son trámites tardados, ojalá pronto mejoren eso.
For simple procedures it is not long, the bad thing is that they attend through the window and the facilities are not adequate for that, it is very uncomfortable to be on the steps waiting, especially for elderly people or with babies in their arms, who are going to register, and those are slow procedures, hopefully they will improve that soon.
