M	Mich R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente es pésimo trabajo, llegue a las 13:05 a sus instalaciones y ni siquiera me dejaron entrar porque el horario de atención es hasta las 13:00, así que marque al 070 para preguntar y me confirmaron que el horario de atención es de 9:00 a 15:00 cabe de mencionar que, yo radico en Guadalajara así que solo me baso en la información que aparece en internet, si van a cambiar el horario por favor, publiquenlo. j	jose h on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muchos trámites se podrían hacer y pagar en línea. agreguen filas express para personas que van a hacer un sólo trámite. hay personas que duran en ventanilla mas de una hora porq solicitan mas de 20 trámites. many procedures could be done and paid online. add express lines for people who are going to do only one procedure. There are people who last at the window for more than an hour because they request more than 20 procedures.

Deberían dejar empleados de guardia ya que habemos perdonas que nos urgen trámites.. Que por la contingencia..??? También por eso necesitamos con urgencia hacer trámites y generar ingreso... Pésimo servicio, como la mayoría de oficinas de gobierno.
