★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta administración del Gobernador Martín Orozco, el servicio ha decaído mucho las personas que atienden por teléfono no saben dar información, supongo que no las capacitan, ademas son muy cortantes cero amabilidad. En una institución humanitaria como ésta es lo que mas debe prevalecer, " el trato con calidez" y las personas que agendan las citas son ásperas y muy silvestres.
