★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sugiero supervisen de manera regular a los prestadores de servicios en general, ya que sorpresivamente en nuestra reciente vista a este Puerto encontramos un pésimo servicio empezando por el Hotel Eloisa que cobra como 4 estrellas y no llega ni a una, pues su mobiliario está desbaratándose, el servicio en habitación es pésimo (hasta pelos en lavabo y regadera) y la atención de reservaciones y recepción es prepotente y grosera; esto también se dio en algunos establecimientos. En las calles te ofrecen tours a base de mentiras (ocultar información es mentir). Hemos visitado este Puerto en otras ocasiones incluso en temporada alta y nunca habíamos vivido situaciones de este tipo. Definitivamente estas vacaciones tuvieron muchos tropiezos e inconvenientes. Muy mal...!!
I suggest regularly supervising service providers in general, since surprisingly in our recent view of this Port we find a lousy service starting with the Hotel Eloisa that charges as 4 stars and does not reach one, as its furniture is falling apart, the room service is dismal (even hairs in the sink and shower) and the attention of reservations and reception is arrogant and rude; This also happened in some establishments. In the streets they offer you tours based on lies (to hide information is to lie). We have visited this Port on other occasions even in high season and we had never experienced situations of this type. Definitely these vacations had many obstacles and inconveniences. Very bad...!!
