★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The free walking tour was great! Julian led my Sunday 1 PM tour, and it seemed like he knew everyone! He has some great stories to tell. The only downside is that he does lead you through the tourist souvenir Mercado, but it’s easy enough to say no. If you are looking for tchotchkes, he can recommend the best ones. I even saw him a few days later on the street and said hello, and he was very friendly. Highly recommended to get an overview of some of the highlights and history of Puerto Vallarta.
