Terrible service, I've been dialing every little while during their business hours for weeks and they never answer the phone, I've sent many emails and they don't answer the same thing, I've dialed almost the entire directory so they can solve me and it's the same everywhere , the bad thing about my case is that I'm a foreigner and I can't go to the registry in person, so I hope one day they answer and I can solve the problem of the birth certificate.

It is very unpleasant to have to go to a civil registry office and find people who, under any pretext, avoid doing their job, the worst thing is that not even the electronic system works, here the system only works during office hours and not for all services, but also it is only until 2:00 p.m. If you go from another state they ask you to do your paperwork by mail and they make you return to pick up your document in person instead of sending it electronically, it is definitely an excessive degree of bureaucracy. They brought me from one row to another for 2 hours in the middle of the sun, when everything seemed to be resolved, I had to be attended by a young lady who told me that she couldn't help me, to which I told her that they had already told me that they could resolve the situation.... he got so angry that he told me "I'm not going to help you and do as you want and if that lady told you she would help you tell her to do it"... I had never had that treatment in any government agency, much less in my Morelia... what a pity that things have changed so much and they have chosen people without empathy in most of the secretaries (not all)?...
