★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gente mas incompetente, ineficiente, burocrática, apatica y bloqueada mentalmente con la que he tenido el gran desagrado de tener que tratar en toda mi vida, ir ahí a hablar con ellos es como entrar a otra dimensión donde las cosas funcionan completamente al revés, puedes seguir durante meses sus indicaciones al pie de la letra durante meses y siempre encontraran algo con lo que devolverte tu tramite ya de formas tan increibles y absurdamente ridículas que llega un punto donde uno empieza a creer que es una broma que ya no puede ser real y que de pronto van a salir las cámaras escondidas, pero no, es completamente real y debes superar esa prueba para poder continuar con tu vida con la esperanza de jamás volver a tratar con ellos

El año pasado pagué mi cédula pero no correspondía hacer el pago porque con el politecnico se arreglaba lo de la cédula, ahora tuve que volver a pagar pero en forma electrónica. Me dijeron que me iban a hacer un reembolso cuando consiguiera mi cédula, y ahora que ya la conseguí quiero mi reembolso. Fue un proceso muy largo he gastado $4000 porque pagué 3 veces, mínimo quiero un reembolso. ¿Me puede poner su correo para ponerme en contacto con usted?
