★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En estos seis meses en los que el mismo personal se ha ido.adsptando al cambio de ubicación, se puede notar la mejoría, hay quienes son atentos, saben dar indicaciones con respecto al trámite que vas a realizar (como en todo lugar obviamente hay quienes no saben ni en donde están parados, pero son los menos) entonces considerando la cantidad de personas que visitan el lugar y otro tanto más de trámites que se realizan ahí, pues hay mucha mejoría, en conclusión buen servicio para los usuarios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oficinas de la SEP, trámites diversos, horario de 8:30 a 17:00, en realidad la mayoría del personal llega a las 9, para tomar las debidas precauciones.
Algunos módulos muy eficientes y otros dejan mucho que desear, calidad del servicio, calidad de atención, calidad en la gestión del trámite(s) solicitado(s).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí en dos ocasiones a realizar el trámite de certificación de comprobantes de pago, no se necesita cita y fue muy rápido. Actualmente con el tema de la pandemia, casi todos los trámites son por cita, así que no hay aglomeraciones y te atienden muy amablemente.
Importante te dicen que no lleves acompañantes y que lleves tu propia pluma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo fui a ingresar mis documentos para prejubilatorio y muy atentos y eficientes, desafortunamente se cruzó el periodo vacacional de diciembre y no he recibido mi kficio ni por correo y tampoco he logrado concertar cita pues se suspendieron los servicios por estar en semáforo rojo. Lo único que me ampara es la solicitud que ya está en plataforma pero como soy directora la entrega recepción me la condicionan y necesito el documento para que me den ka liberación y continuar con los trámites y no contestan.
