Es entendible que estamos en pandemia, pero solo es una institución en todo el país y tienen que estar a la altura.. mínimo dar la información correcta y que alguien te conteste. O iré a CDMX solo para que me digan que no me pueden atender? Definitivamente se necesita tener mejor atención a los ciudadanos....
Incredible that no one answers!!!! Neither by mail nor by phone. It is understandable that we are in a pandemic, but it is only one institution in the whole country and they have to be up to the task... at least give the correct information and have someone answer you. Or will I go to CDMX just to be told that they can't serve me? Definitely needs to have better attention to citizens....
