★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, para empezar su grabación del inicio no funciona, se corta el audio y no sabes que extensión marcar, bueno marque cero, y me transfirieron al "área correspondiente" y la verdad contestan de una mala manera, y ni me solucionaron nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EN VERDAD PÉSIMO SERVICIO!!, no contestan los teléfono o si contestan, cuelgan inmediatamente para que no esté sonando al parecer les incomoda, se les manda el pago y los documentos por correo electrónico como lo indican y no dan seguimiento al trámite, sigo en espera del documento solicitado desde hace 46 días y nada hasta este momento (la calificación de estrella es sólo para poder publicar).
IN TRULY BAD SERVICE !!, they do not answer the phone or if they answer, they hang up immediately so that it is not ringing apparently it bothers them, they are sent the payment and the documents by email as indicated and they do not follow up on the process, I am still on waiting for the requested document for 46 days and nothing until now (the star rating is only to be able to publish).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestas el teléfono ? si habla uno no es para ponerse aplicar con ustedes si no para pedir información son servidores públicos como tal deveria de contestar y dar buen servicio que mal en verdad y en si no de verían de ver estrellas por que dan un pésimo servicio saludos
You never answer the phone ? if one speaks it is not to be applied with you if not to request information are public servants as such should answer and give good service that really bad and if they would not see stars because they give a bad greetings service
