★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No asistí personalmente pero la página de "servicios en línea" no opera por qué solicita datos del usuario que este, no tiene forma de saber, pregunta "factura" y los documentos anteriores no tienen ningún dato similar, requiere revisión
I did not attend personally but the "online services" page does not operate because it asks for user data that this, has no way of knowing, asks "invoice" and the previous documents do not have any similar data, it requires revision

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atencion es muy buena, tiene atencion por lista de espera con tickets electronicos, se puede pagar el Agua, Predial y la Luz a traves del pagomatico de CFE.
Solo en los meses de Enero-Marzo entiendo laboran Sábados. Los demás meses del año sólo es de Lunes a Viernes.
The attention is very good, it has attention on the waiting list with electronic tickets, you can pay for the Water, Property and the Light through the CFE pagomatico.
Only in the months of January-March I understand they work Saturdays. The other months of the year it is only from Monday to Friday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo fui el sabado pasado 4 de enero de 2020 alrededor del medio dia y si estaba abierto, pude pagar Impuesto Predial y Agua y casi no habia colas por lo que fue rapido. Una vecina me aviso y fue asi como me entere pues yo tambien pensaba que estaria cerrado, pero afortunadamente si estaba abierto y pude hacerlo facil y rapidamente.
I went on Saturday, January 4, 2020 around noon and if it was open, I could pay Property Tax and Water and there were almost no queues for what was fast. A neighbor warned me and that's how I found out because I also thought it would be closed, but fortunately if it was open and I could do it easily and quickly.
