Lleva tu titulo en original y copia, solicitud en original y pagos en original. Primero te van a revisar los documentos en la entrada y luego pasas a una sala donde los cotejan y entregas. Trámite en 15-20 min.
Para sacar la cita te recomiendo entrar al sitio de internet en la última semana del mes para conseguir cita el mes que le sigue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención fue rápida y las instrucciones del personal precisas. Fui a tramitar mi cédula profesional debido a que mi título fue emitido antes del 2018. Para el proceso es necesario llegar con solicitud de trámite, comprobante de cita, originales de los pagos por la expedición y compulsa de documentos (son dos pagos distintos) y el título. Se recomienda traer una copia de todo.
Lo ideal es llegar 15 minutos antes de la cita. Pasas a un primer filtro en donde revisan tus documentos. Después en el interior, otro filtro para ordenar papeles y finalmente en el último escritorio revisan y conservan todo, excepto el título.
Si llevas los documentos solicitados, entrar y sales en menos de quince minutos. Ojo por qué la solicitud de cédula se firma con tinta azul y no debe llevar fotografía, aunque el formato indique otras cosas
El número con la cédula asignada la envían por correo electrónico un par de días después. El personal fue atento y paciente con las dudas.
EDIT: El día de ayer (20 de abril) acabo de recibir por correo electrónico mi cédula profesional electrónica. El trámite lo inicié un 8 de Febrero, por lo que fueron un poco más de dos meses. Esto puede variar dependiendo de la institución educativa que expida el título, ya que hay ocasiones en donde en la misma semana puedes recibir la cédula. Para los que llevan esperando más de un mes, eso es normal y la mayoría de las veces está fuera del alcance de la Dirección.

EDIT: Yesterday (April 20) I just received my electronic professional ID by email. I started the process on February 8, so it took a little over two months. This may vary depending on the educational institution that issues the title, since there are times when you can receive the certificate in the same week. For those who have been waiting for more than a month, this is normal and most of the time it is out of the Management's reach.

Nunca contestan cuando llamas, entonces vine por una duda y me dijeron que tenía que esperar entre 20 minutos y UNA HORA en lo que salía la persona que da informes, y no van a llamarle a la persona de informes, sale cuando le da la gana...
El policía de la entrada es amable y trata de ayudar, pero los trabajadores de aquí no sirven para mucho, al final no me aclararon mi duda, o sea, NO SIRVE PARA MUCHO ESTA INSTITUCIÓN...
TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Ojo es necesario traer comprobante de cita. Y si realizaste tu pago en años anteriores deberás realizar el pago de la diferencia de los derechos entre un año y otro. La ventaja es que el banco está frente al edificio
