★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sé si sea por el tema de pandemia, pero es igual a cualquier otro trato burocrático, nadie sabe nada, no saben dónde están las áreas o cuál es la correcta, nadie está libre para atender, todos están ocupados en "lo suyo".
I do not know if it is due to the pandemic issue, but it is the same as any other bureaucratic treatment, nobody knows anything, they do not know where the areas are or which is the correct one, nobody is free to attend, everyone is busy with "their own business."
