Además, ahora con la pandemia uno tiene que hacer fila desde las 3am y todavía le reciben a gritos y confunden más a la gente. Siempre le falta a uno un documento y tiene que regresar al otro día. Actualmente solo atienden de 8.30 a 1pm pero uno tiene que llegar mucho antes para hacer fila y no saben atender lo que uno va a hacer. No saben a que departamento mandarle, le cobran por sus errores, se vuelven a equivocar y las instalaciones están muy mal cuidadas.
