★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *Updated at the end*ok, so this place is always busy, no matter what. so if you have to go then always expect a wait and a hot wait at that.
it is however quite efficient and the long queues go down pretty fast.
*Since the latest government came in to office and made cuts in all departments,the service is now what i could only describe as painful. This is no slight on the staff whatsoever, there quite simply isn't enough of them to cope now. Expect to queue fo a minimum of an hour and a half at least and if you struggle with speaking spanish they'll tell you outside they speak English inside... not true...the amount of people who do speak English inside is low!*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a super busy location, so if your in a rush, keep this is mind when going to this location. Otherwise, they are knowledgeble and will gladly guide you on how to get to and where. Bare in mind, that if you are in a RUSH, they are not. Wednesdays first thing the morning is always great. I appreciate that when I have always called they are always able to answer and guide happily. A less busy location is Iztacalco. Muchas gracias!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly inefficient place bureaucracy at it's best, many of the certificates or services could easily be obtained on line. It is ridiculous we are in 2020, specially during the pandemic they have tons of people in line without proper social distancing. This is idiotic!
