Pésimo servicio. Es una burocracia que ni AMLO puede con ella pero bien dice que no hay corrupción y la burocracia es sinónimo de corrupción. No hay servicio presencial para reposición de certificados de secundaria, sin embargo si hay personal que te brinda inshrucciones, comparto imagen para que no den vuelta en vano, se necesita mandar documentos como se muestra en la imagen que adjunto. Pongo 5 estrelkas ya que ellos no tienen la culpa de las instrucciones del gobierno sin embargo si atienden. Felicitaciones. I update to July 8, 2021.
