Dos semanas después de solicitada una pipa nunca llegó y dieron mis datos a una pipa privada que llegó a mi domicilio queriendo cobrar por el servicio. El manejo de datos personales es un tema delicado y evidentemente no se puede confiar en esta institución.
The staff is very friendly, but the procedures take forever and are not even completed. Two weeks after requesting a pipe it never arrived and they gave my information to a private pipe that came to my home wanting to charge for the service. The handling of personal data is a sensitive issue and obviously this institution cannot be trusted.
