★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un taller en el cual en mi cado no ha sifo del todo satisfactorio su trabajo, ya que pkr 5ta vez entra en garantía un trabajo realizado en la cremallera, la cual se llevo desmontada como la pidieron, y al ser instalada tiro aceite, de va pir segunda ocasión y según era la barra, se cambia la barra, entregan el vehículo y sorpresa, sigue tirando más líquido de dirección que antes, y asi hadta la fecha, no queda. De hacer responsables si, en eso no tengo problema, sólo que no queda bien hecho el trabajo desde diciembre, estamos a finales de febrero y aun el vehículo tiene falla, y ahora peor con juego en la dirección, cosa que no era el problema principal ni lo habia presentado.
Y mucha mala comunicación entre los encargados, el dueño y la secretaria a y el mecánico, por que uno le hecha la bolita al otro.. Y te dicen ya estan probando el carro, resulta que llegas a ver que onda y resulta que ni han montado la pieza, la pregunta porque dicen que lo estan probando, cua do ni siquiera lo han terminado de armar, cosa que ya me ha ocurrido en 3 ocasiones de las 5 que he tenido que ir por la garantía.
Si tienes una mejor opción, NO acudas aqui!

To take responsibility yes, I have no problem with that, only that the work since December has not been well done, we are at the end of February and the vehicle still has a fault, and now it is worse with play in the steering, which was not the main problem I hadn't even submitted it.
And a lot of bad communication between the managers, the owner and the secretary and the mechanic, because one of them screwed up the other... And they tell you they are already testing the car, it turns out that you get to see what's up and it turns out that they haven't even ridden the part, the question because they say they are testing it, when they haven't even finished assembling it, which has already happened to me on 3 occasions out of the 5 that I have had to go under warranty.
If you have a better option, DO NOT go here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una pesima experiencia, un trabajo de baja categoría, haciedo mexicanadas, cambiando piezas que según son nuevas,por unas peor que usadas, dañadas y te las cobran como nuevas, y hechando a perder todo el sistema hidráulico, contando labomba la cual era nueva, por desgracia Rogelio el dueño, sólo se lava las manos diciendo que ellos hicieron un buen trabajo, cuando en realidad solo hicieron mexicanadas!! Si tienen otras opciones, NO vayan a cremalleras ROGER.. No sirven!
A terrible experience, a low-class job, doing Mexican jobs, changing parts that according to are new, for worse-than-used ones, damaged and they charge you for them as new, and spoiling the entire hydraulic system, counting the pump which was new, Unfortunately, Rogelio, the owner, only washes his hands saying that they did a good job, when in reality they only made Mexicanadas!! If you have other options, DO NOT go to ROGER zippers... They don't work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hacen un trabajo rapido y sobre todo muy barato, pero no dura bien echo el trabajo, me repararon una cremallera y al inicio todo bien, pero pasados 8 meses que es aprox lo que dura la garantia otra vez ya esta tirando aceite, asi que no hacen un trabajo del todo bien
