Me cobraron casi $30,000 y no solucionaron el problema. Decían que una Grand cherokee no se descomponían y no sabían ni que piezas usar. No vayan a este lugar. They installed parts of the lowest quality, VERY EXPENSIVE YOUR LABOR, and they were experimenting and seeing how to fix the problem they generated, they could not. R	Ricardo Reyes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fui por una fuga de la bomba de la dirección y por una manguera de presion..me cobraron el mantenimiento y empaques de la bomba según esto, la manguera quedó ok...más siguió fugando la bomba y la lleve de nueva cuenta y ahora me dijeran que es el tapón de la bomba...total yo lo arregle poniendo un empaque al tapón y no era eso...era una fisura en un tubo externo en el almacén de aceite y lo sigue haciendo... debieron de detectarlo y no lo hicieron y me cobraron por algo que no es ..marco para comentarles lo que encontré y me dicen que eso es aparte con soldadura les dije que nunca dejo de fugar pero como sea hay que hacer una nueva cotización...no mms..2500 tirados a la basura....y eso que iba recomendado jajaja... I totally fixed it by putting a gasket on the plug and it was not that... it was a crack in an external tube in the oil store and it continues to do so... they must have detected it and they didn't do it and they charged me for something that isn't .. a framework to tell them what I found and they tell me that it's separate with welding I told them that I never stop leaking but anyway you have to make a new quote ... no mms ..2500 thrown away....and that was recommended hahaha...

En Nava el diagnóstico fue asertivo y el servicio inmediato. La falla en la SUV quedó solucionada y ya no ando con la preocupación de andar con ese detalle en la camioneta. El arreglo fue una junta interna y soporte de transmisión ya que la camioneta vibraba ente los 40 y 50 kmh. Me dieron garantía de 4 meses y los recomiendo por anticipado esperando que no me falle la SUV.
