Heriberto Rivera que también me escucho de manera muy amable y me solicitó tramitar varios documentos respecto a la propiedad, como son libertad de gravamen, folio real, etc. los tramité y se los llevé y cada visita me solicitaba algo más, pues también los tramité y los llevé, total que a la cuarta visita yo creo no supo que más pedir y me informa que mi trámite es improcedente, yo digo que falta de respeto para los usuarios esta actitud de los servidores públicos.

Heriberto Rivera who also listened to me very kindly and asked me to process several documents regarding property, such as freedom of lien, real folio, etc. I processed them and I took them to him and each visit he asked me for something else, because I also processed them and took them, so on the fourth visit I think he did not know what else to ask for and he informs me that my procedure is inappropriate, I say lack of respect for users this attitude of public servants.
