Los clósets y la cocina no tienen ni 6 meses y ya se están desbaratando, pésima calidad
La única forma para que te atiendan es ir a la Profeco
Nada recomendable

Dimos un anticipo para la elaboración de un closet hace 9 días, nos dijeron que se tardaban 10 días y nunca vinieron a medir por lo que solicitamos un reembolso por falta de seriedad y profesionalismo
Al momento que fui a recoger el reembolso, la señorita después de hacer el tramite de reembolso y hacer comentarios como "se me puso loco" refiriéndose a mi esposo... (cuando únicamente le pidió el rembolso por falta de seriedad) me dijo textual "checate, checate por que tengo covid"
Es una falta de respeto y profesionalismo que sabiendo que porta la enfermedad se atreva a salir de su casa e ir a "atender" a sus clientes
No recomiendo, pésima experiencia

At the time I went to collect the refund, the lady after doing the refund process and making comments such as "it made me crazy" referring to my husband ... (when he only asked for the refund due to lack of seriousness) she told me verbatim "Check, check because I have covid"
It is a lack of respect and professionalism that, knowing that he carries the disease, he dares to leave his house and go to "attend" to his clients.
I do not recommend, lousy experience
