Llevé mi máquina el miércoles 15 de julio, me pidieron que la dejara para revisión y me daban informes el viernes 17, no me llamaron, cuando le llamé me dijeron que el sábado al medio día me llamaban, no lo hicieron, les llamé ese día y me dijeron qué el lunes 20 al medio día seguro me daban informes, el lunes ni contestaron mis llamadas, tuve que ir por la laptop porque me urgía, la verdad no sé si la revisaron, pero me cobraron 100 pesos por el hospedaje de mi máquina.
Terrible customer service. I took my machine on Wednesday, July 15, they asked me to leave it for review and they gave me reports on Friday 17, they did not call me, when I called they told me that on Saturday at noon they called me, they did not, I called them that day and they told me that on Monday the 20th at noon they would give me reports, on Monday they did not answer my calls, I had to go to the laptop because it was urgent, I really do not know if they checked it, but they charged me 100 pesos for the accommodation of my machine.
