Tienen una buena variedad en papeles que se adaptan bastante bien a mis requerimientos. Ha habido ocasiones en las cuales me urge algún papel y si ellos no lo tienen me lo han conseguido. Todas las veces que me han hecho entrega a domicilio mi mercancía llega en perfecto estado. Los precios que ofrecen me parecen muy buenos. Siempre me atienden muy bien :) Ofrecen servicio de impresión y elaboración de invitaciones, sobres y souvenirs para bodas y XV años, los cuales pueden apreciarse en las vitrinas de la tienda. I have been a customer of this place for more than 5 years and honestly I feel very comfortable. They have a good variety of papers that suit my requirements quite well. There have been occasions in which I urgently need a piece of paper and if they don't have it they have gotten it for me. Every time I have had my merchandise delivered to my home it arrives in perfect condition. The prices they offer seem very good to me. They always take care of me very well :) They offer printing service and preparation of invitations, envelopes and souvenirs for weddings and XV years, which can be seen in the shop windows.

Cuidado al contratarlos pues al principio te dicen que entregan rápido y que no tienen problema en hacer tu pedido, después no entiendes quien se hace cargo de tu pedido y entre una persona y otra se pasan la responsabilidad sin entregar respuesta. Nunca aceptarán responsabilidades y tendrás problemas con tu producto. Para ellos el cliente es quien debe perder. En general un servicio que deja mucho que desear, no volvería a contratarlos. Pero por el momento cuentas con más variedad qué Lumen!!!! Very good prices and variety. Perhaps a little bad in the attention I don't know if they lack staff or they are always busy!!! V	Víctor López on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente irresponsable, fuimos para que nos hicieran nuestras invitaciones de boda, nosotros ya teníamos el diseño, ellos solo tenían que vendernos el papel e imprimirlo pero por su ineptitud no lo hicieron. Fuimos un lunes y quedaron que el martes estaba pero resulta que no apartaron el papel que escogimos y lo vendieron a alguien más, que les dieramos un día más, al día siguiente ya tenían el papel pero que la impresora no funcionaba. En ambas ocasiones se ponían a atender mi trabajo una vez que estaba yo ahí, siendo que prometían tenerlo listo desde antes. No vayas ahí y menos si ya tienes el tiempo encima de tus trabajos!!

Fui un jueves a solicitar la elaboración de unos sobres; me dieron fecha de entrega de un día, sin embargo fui después de cuatro días y los sobres nunca se fabricaron. Sin darle importancia a mi pedido, me ofrecieron hacerlos en una hora o regresarme mi dinero. Esperé una hora para recibir el material que ya tenía comprometido y por entregarme todo de prisa los sobres estaban pegados entre si y cortados de muy mala calidad. If you require a job in a timely manner, this is the worst place. I went on a Thursday to request the preparation of some envelopes; They gave me one day delivery date, however I went after four days and the envelopes were never manufactured. Regardless of my request, they offered to make them in an hour or give me my money back. I waited an hour to receive the material that I already had committed and because everything was delivered in a hurry, the envelopes were glued together and cut of very poor quality.
