We went in to buy records and the owner was nothing but obnoxious and we felt like we were bothering him every time we asked something. He tried so hard to rip us off and sell us the records for 10 times the original price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato del dueño dejo mucho que desear, íbamos con intención de hacer varias compras sin embargo el señor se molestaba cada vez que le hacíamos una pregunta. Según quería ayudar pero lo hacía de una forma que hace sentir como si uno le fuera a robar. Es una tristeza que un lugar como ese dónde hay mucho que ver y puedas pasar horas buscando que comprar, seas tratado de una pésima manera. Me imagino que es el dueño porque de ser empleado ya lo hubieran despedido por el pésimo servicio al cliente.
The owner's treatment left much to be desired, we went with the intention of making several purchases, however the man got upset every time we asked him a question. He wanted to help but did it in a way that makes it feel as if you were going to rob him. It is a sadness that a place like that where there is much to see and you can spend hours looking for what to buy, you are treated in a terrible way. I imagine he is the owner because if he was an employee he would have already been fired for the lousy customer service.
