★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El taller de mantenimiento es un asco, tienen muy poca actitud de servicio tanto en taller como en oficina, no nos repararon adecuadamente una máquina no obstante que lo que cobraron fue carísimo. Perdieron una pieza de la cafetera y argumentaron que fue nuestra culpa por no tomarle foto cuando la llevamos y que ahí ninguno era resposable. No traigan sus cafeteras a este nido de ratas. Cuidado!

No van y dicen que aunque son sus números seguro quién contesto contrato a alguien externo que fuera a arreglar el problema pero que ellos no saben y no se hacen responsables. Así que opino, no confíen y si piden servicios entonces pidan notas! Para que no se puedan hechar para atrás.
No desconozco mi molino, lo usamos en una cafetería. Ese molino es rústico y Justo lo lleve a mejor a Coffe Solutions, que está en Dr. Vertiz. Ellos si me dieron un papel donde dice que lo arreglaron, lo limpiaron y me lo dejaron funcionando increíblemente. En cambio el técnico que me mandaste, uso manteca vegetal de nuestro establecimiento, perdió un tornillo y creo que si no era la persona adecuada mejor no hubieran mandado a nadie. Ya que como repito, paga uno por un servicio. Y si no es el correcto debe uno responder por lo que hace! Si quiero mi reembolso. Muchas Gracias. Porque no sirvió de nada! Lindo día.
