E	Elizabeth Cellery on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the airport to our resort everyone was wonderful! However we were supposed to be picked up at 8am this morning. The bellhop receoved a call saying they were going to be 10-15 minutes late. Ok no problem. Well almost an hour later nothing. We had trouble contacting them and when we finally did thry claimed to not have us in the system. Well then why would you call saying you would be late. We had to call a taxi and will be reimbursed from our travel agent. Thankfully next time we come down we get private pickup for the resorts. Was very unhappy with how unprofessional it was for pickup. Ill say they did apologoze profusely but unable to send a new driver amd claim we werent in the system when thry called to tell us thry wpuld be a little late was ridiculous.
K	KJ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has no access to tip the drivers virtually, had I known this I would have not used the company. So imagine the EMBARRASSMENT we encountered when we were only able to tip the driver a few dollars and he laughed in our faces. Additionally, he threw the refreshments we had in the trash as we passed it, almost hitting us. We are in a time and age where cash is no longer carried furthermore, traveling internationally, people heavily rely on credit card which is a safer form of payment. I am sorry we couldn't tip more but that behavior was extremely unprofessional and unwarranted. If you don't make enough driving, so much so, you have to count on tip money, find yourself another job.

Rushed through the site w guide telling us we r not really seeing Mayan architecture. Had to rush to try and get pictures. Long winded opinions from tour guide. Dismissive when I try to ask a question. Leaves us for “shopping” for 20 minutes, and tells us who to buy from cause he “trusts them.” Then a skimpy lunch of bland soup w tortilla strips, scant two small pieces of chicken and couple tablespoons of rice. No beverage not even a soda included. Then we get a lecture on how we should tip as we do in USA.
