★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked an excursion but it was cancelled due to windy weather. We went to the desk and they took our information to give us our money back however we never received our funds! This was in March and it’s now May and still nothing! We’ve reached out through email and no response anymore! They are quick to take your money but when they cancel the trip and promise a refund, they don’t want to give you your money back! Be aware & stay away unless you’re okay with being ripped off
