★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lástima que no hay forma de no dar estrellas. Al momento de llevar tu televisión todo es belleza, pero si no estás de acuerdo en pagar el costo de sus piezas debido a que es muy caro, empiezan los problemas.
Me entregaron mi televisión sin un cable y al acudir al local el hermano del sr. Guillermo Yañez me indicó que como él no me dio el servicio tenía que hablar con su hermano. Le pido que me venda el cable, llevaba número de parte y fotos y no pudo darme el servicio.
Hoy que localizo al sr. Guillermo, en vez de buscar solucionar el problema, me contesta que me hizo "un favor" al decirme cuál era la falla. Interesante, los favores no se cobran y él si me cobró, fueron $100, pero me cobró, siendo que en un principio dijo que no se cobraba. Obvio, no se cobra si les pagas la pieza, si no estás de acuerdo, el trato cambia por completo. No sé si se quedó a propósito con mi cable o no, lo que sí sé, es que si no estás dispuesto a hacerte responsable, mejor no ofrezcas un servicio.

Obviously, there is no charge if you pay for the piece, if you disagree, the deal changes completely. I do not know if he stayed on purpose with my cable or not, what I do know is that if you are not willing to take responsibility, you better not offer a service.
