A la semana fui a verla para preguntarle directamente y me dijo que no tenía nada porque no se acordaba de mí, le dí mi nombre pero con su lenguaje corporal y tono de voz me decía que no se veía en lo mínimo interesada por mi información. Me tomé la molestia de subir esta reseña porque no dudo en que tengan un buen trabajo y materiales pero necesitan mejorar el trato con el cliente. I asked for a budget, since they did not have staff to go do it at that time and I live 2 blocks from the premises, I asked if I could take my measurements to obtain a general budget, the lady took my information in her notebook but the document never came. A week later I went to see her to ask her directly and she said she had nothing because she did not remember me, I gave her my name but with her body language and tone of voice she told me that she was not the least bit interested in my information. I took the trouble to upload this review because I do not doubt that they have a good job and materials but they need to improve their dealings with the client.
