★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A este pésimo lugar, fue un error haber ido, sufrí maltrato, groserías e insultos y robo por parte del Sr Díaz, es déspota y bajo, me cambio el precio de la cocina, me estafo y no la quería entregar, tuve que demandarlo, todo esto me costó muy caro y la entrego afectandome hasta 6 meses después , ya muy maltratada

Visite el lugar y no estaba el "arquitecto", por lo que me pidieron mis datos para comunicarse conmigo en cuanto llegará de su comida y nunca me hablaron. Casi al mes llamé y la señorita que nos había atendido intentó justificarse sobre que tal vez no conteste sus llamadas por que no conocía el número, cuando nunca fue así, ya que yo tenía registrado el número del lugar; en ese aspecto no me pareció un problema como tal ya qué imaginé que por el exceso de trabajo se le puedo haber pasado. Después de eso el sr. Díaz se comunicó conmigo y aquí viene el verdadero problema: nunca pudo agendarme una cita para hablar personalmente sobre el trabajo que quería, comenzó pidiéndome medidas las cuales se las envié sin ningún problema, cada detalle que pedía, inclusive le mande un plano, cabe aclarar que todo esto fue por WhatsApp, y cada vez que le mandaba mensaje tardaba una semana en contestar, hubo ocasiones en que ya después de varios días tenía que volver a mandarle mensaje por que no sabía cómo iba todo, hasta que llegue al límite, dejó de responderme 10 días antes de Navidad y me mando mensaje muy tranquilo el 5 de enero pidiéndome información de medidas cuando ya le había mandado un plano mas de un mes antes. Este proyecto lo necesitaba para Octubre y es Enero y no obtuve nada de esta "empresa". De verdad cero recomendable este lugar.
Terrible service.
I visited the place and the "architect" was not there, so they asked me for my information to communicate with me as soon as their food will arrive and they never spoke to me. Almost a month I called and the lady who had attended us tried to justify herself that perhaps she did not answer her calls because she did not know the number, when it never was, since I had registered the number of the place; In that regard, it did not seem like a problem as such since I imagined that due to the excess of work it could have happened. After that mr. Díaz contacted me and here comes the real problem: he could never schedule an appointment to speak personally about the job he wanted, he started asking me for measurements which I sent him without any problem, every detail he asked for, I even sent him a plan, it should be clarified that all this was through WhatsApp, and every time I sent him a message it took a week to answer, there were times when after several days I had to send him a message again because he did not know how everything was going, until he reached the limit, he left to answer me 10 days before Christmas and he sent me a very calm message on January 5 asking me for information on measurements when I had already sent him a map more than a month before. This project needed it for October and it is January and I did not get anything from this "company". I really recommend this place.
