Quedaron de hacerme un disfraz y a las casi 3 semanas no me lo tienen y es para mañana mi Evento no lo recomiendo para nada
Terrible place !!!!

No tenían los disfraces que buscaba, amablemente ofrecieron hacerlos sobre pedido y tenerlos listos dos días antes de mi evento, dejé el adelanto, por cierto no me quisieron dar recibo ni nada o algún comprobante para recogerlos, solo nos anotaron en una libreta y que con eso era suficiente. Un día antes del evento no habían hecho nada. Me salieron con que la tela era difícil de conseguir, que el taller estaba cerrado y que ¿qué podrían hacer? luego a fuerza querían convencerme de que yo era el que no entendía, que si me lo tenían pero después de mi evento y querían que aceptara eso, como si fuera a aceptar recibirlo después de mi evento y pagar el resto, que no era barato. Pedí mi dinero de vuelta y de nuevo otra vez yo era el que no entendía; después de ya tener que ponerme pesado aceptaron devolverme el anticipo... pero me lo darían hasta la noche, si es lo que quería... y si, hasta la noche me lo dieron. Ya no pude conseguir nada y el evento lo tuvimos sin disfraces. Y conste que los mandamos a hacer con suficiente tiempo.

They did not have the costumes I was looking for, they kindly offered to make them upon request and have them ready two days before my event, I left the advance, by the way they did not want to give me receipt or anything or some proof to pick them up, they just wrote us down in a notebook and that with That was enough. A day before the event they had done nothing. I got that the fabric was hard to get, that the workshop was closed and what could they do? then they wanted to convince me that I was the one who did not understand, that they had me but after my event and they wanted me to accept that, as if I was going to accept receiving it after my event and paying the rest, which was not cheap. I asked for my money back and again I was the one who didn't understand; After having to get heavy, they agreed to return the advance ... but they would give it to me until the evening, if that is what I wanted ... and yes, until the night they gave it to me. I couldn't get anything anymore and we had the event without costumes. And it is clear that we send them to do with enough time.
