★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia, soy cliente desde que inicio, quiero cancelar y me agregan otro paquete que no pedí, mal trato de quien atiende en cancelación Jaqueline Rivera, que supuestamente yo acepte, y así lo registro siendo que pedí la cancelación antes del corte y ya había pagado, ahora salen que tengo adeudo porque se equivocaron en la facturación y pésima atención de Karla Espinoza, no aclaran y solo dicen que hay que pagar. Quisiera saber dónde quejarme por este tipo de trato.Me decepcionó el servicio de esta empresa.NO LO RECOMIENDO.
 Terrible experience, I have been a customer since the beginning, I want to cancel and they add another package that I did not ask for, poor treatment of the person who attends Jaqueline Rivera in cancellation, which I supposedly accept, and that is how I register it since I requested the cancellation before the cutoff and had already paid, now they say that I have a debt because they made a mistake in the billing and terrible attention from Karla Espinoza, they do not clarify and only say that you have to pay. I would like to know where to complain about this type of treatment. I was disappointed in the service of this company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
