Tiempo después logramos que lo instalaran y terminaron aumentándonos el paquete sin mi autorización (siendo yo la titular) pedí que me cancelaran ese paquete, pero hasta la fecha no lo han hecho y solo me dicen que espere.
We made a contract and they never came to install the service. Some time later we managed to get it installed and they ended up increasing the package without my authorization (being the owner) I asked to cancel that package, but to date they have not done so and they only tell me to wait.
