★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Denotan falta de capacitación en el servico telefónico, no hay sucursal para atención al cliente o soporte técnico muy mal servicio no hay solución de primera vez, hay que hacer intento tras intento para que te puedan ayudar, ni se diga de la app móvil nesecita madurar malisima, pero por favor capacitar al personal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No existe sucursal en la dirección mencionada, no contestan los numeros de atención a clientes, algunos ni siquiera son de Dish. Muy mal servicio, Tengo mas de 10 años con el servicio, muy buena programación pero con todo respeto el servicio es una BASURA.
There is no branch at the mentioned address, they do not answer customer service numbers, some are not even from Dish. Very bad service, I have more than 10 years with the service, very good programming but with all due respect the service is a GARBAGE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me vendieron un servicio (TV) con el engaño de que podía cancelar cuando quiera, (así lo tengo en contrato) pero no me dan respuesta a la hora de querer cancelar.
They sold me a service (TV) with the deception that I could cancel whenever I wanted, (that's how I have it in the contract) but they don't give me an answer when I want to cancel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy sin internet desde inicios de septiembre, ya lo reporte y me dicen que lo solucionaran pero hasta ahora 13 de septiembre no lo han hecho, siempre hemos tenido un muy mal servicio de internet, se corta myu a menudo y es muy problemático comunicarse al servicio al cliente, la app de Dish nunca funcionó. Estoy ya por contratar otro servicio porque este de Dish es muy problemático.
