Lo peor de todo es que como empresa privada no detenten la debida sencillez y sensibilidad aún a sabiendas de sus errores o fallas como vendedores del servicio.
To tell the truth, it is an uncompetitive company, not to say incompetent, the payment for its services is not expensive, however, it leaves a lot to be desired. The worst thing of all is that as a private company they do not have due simplicity and sensitivity even knowing their errors or failures as sellers of the service.
