★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es malo, a pesar del precio de los planes la resolución es pésima, pero lo peor es el proceso de cancelación... simplemente no te cancelan y te siguen cobrando, seis meses intentando cancelarles y salen con otro cobro, levantaré una queja en Profeco porque hasta folio de cancelación tengo pero siguen los cargos.
 The service is bad, despite the price of the plans, the resolution is terrible, but the worst thing is the cancellation process ... they just don't cancel you and they keep charging you, six months trying to cancel them and they come out with another charge, I'll raise a complaint in Profeco because I have until cancellation folio but the charges continue.
