Nunca lo contraten. Tiene canales repetidos , la programación siempre es la misma , cuando llueve se va la señal, y siempre te cobran recargos cuando pagas por el recibo Telmex, alegando que Telmex no coincide con sus fechas de corte y es Telmex quien no les paga, pero si están buenos para cobrar recargos y reconexiones.
Llevo 5 meses tratando de cancelar y siempre salen con que se tiene que pagar para que la cuenta este en cero , te dan una fecha de recepción del equipo y en lo que llega ya corrió otro cargo que tienes que pagar para que puedan cancelar.
Los telefonistas nunca se hacen responsables, siempre te salen que con que la persona que le ayudo no le ayudo bien, todos son una bola de incompetentes .
¡¡¡ POR FAVOR NO CONTRATEN ESTE SERVICIO !!!

I have been trying to cancel for 5 months and they always say that you have to pay so that the account is at zero, they give you a date of receipt of the equipment and as soon as it arrives there has already been another charge that you have to pay so that they can cancel.
The telephone operators are never responsible, they always come out that the person who helped them did not help them well, they are all a bunch of incompetents.
