★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por parte de los técnicos excelente atención , me instalaron dos equipos y el tercer equipo tres días después hoy lo instalaron y después de cinco horas digo sin recepción , atención a clientes más de una hora en el teléfono y no atienden pero el cobro ya lo realizaron ahí si de inmediato muy mal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO, ME DEJARON EN LA LINEA 2 VECES ESPERANDO QUE ALGUIEN TE ATIENDA CADA UNA ESPERE POR 20 MINUTOS Y NADA, NUNCA CONTESTARON, PARECE QUE TE HACEN UN FAVOR, NECESITAS ESTAR TODO EL DÍA ESPERANDO PARA QUE ALGUIEN TE PUEDA RESOLVER TU PROBLEMA. CREO QUE NO SE VALE, CUANDO TU PAGAS POR EL SERVICIO Y EN REALIDAD ES UN ASCO.
AWFUL SERVICE, THEY LEFT ME ON THE LINE 2 TIMES WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO HELP YOU EVERY WAIT FOR 20 MINUTES AND NOTHING, THEY NEVER ANSWERED, IT SEEMS THAT THEY DO YOU A FAVOR, YOU NEED TO BE ALL DAY WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM FOR YOU. I THINK IT'S NOT WORTH WHEN YOU PAY FOR THE SERVICE AND IT IS REALLY DISGUSTING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la señal falla aunque no haya mal tiempo y si quieres cancelar el servicio, no te dejan por cualquier excusa, los asesores muy groseros y hasta te cuelgan el teléfono. Desde junio quiero cancelar mi servicio y te suspenden la cancelación sin avisar haciendo que sigas pagando, aunque ya no tengas señal en el domicilio. Pésimo servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contraten en esta empresa, malisimo experiencia, cancele ya dos veces, me hicieron pagar meses sin servicio, según ellos registran mi cancelación y no van por sus equipos y siguen generando cargos y para colmo les tienes que dar una estrella para compartir experiencia, pésimo, tengan cuidado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde junio de 2020 que solicite la cancelación del servicio y al día de hoy 10 de septiembre me siguen haciendo el cargo a mi cuenta y no vienen por los aparatos.
Ya hable como 4 veces para confirmar cancelación y me repiten lo mismo.
Queda registrado e irán por el equipo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, es más, son tan malos que ni activas tienen sus redes sociales de México. Soy cliente de hace años y desde hace meses me hablan para cobrarme, el detalle es que es de un número local y la empresa no tiene idea de quien llama ya que ellos en su sistema no tienen información. Aquí lo delicado es con quien comparten nuestra información, ya que si como empresa no resguardas los datos de tus clientes caes en una falta. Cabe mencionar que jamás adeudo y los agentes no pueden hacer nadaaaaa. No contraten en esta empresa, hay peores pero más baratas.

Pésimo servicio en ese rubro.
