No posee la más mínima idea de lo que es la atención al cliente, ni tampoco la educación para con sus compañeros de trabajo, yo como cliente que necesité de sus productos tuve la mala suerte de ir la primera vez y experimentar una muy mala atención de su parte , pensé en no volver a ir. Para mi mala fortuna tuve la necesidad de ir un año después pensando que no tendría la misma atención y jajaja lo mismo. Por mi ya aprendí la lección NUNCA IR jajaja.
 The lady in charge of the counter is incredibly despotic, rude. He does not have the slightest idea of customer service, nor the education of his co-workers, I as a client that needed his products, I had the bad luck to go the first time and experience very bad attention his part, I thought about not going back. For my bad fortune I had the need to go a year later thinking that I would not have the same attention and hahaha the same. For me I learned the lesson NEVER GO hahaha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coincido con varios de los comentarios respecto a la señora que atiende directo en el mostrador, no tiene un correcto trato al cliente. Por suerte ya tuve una experiencia diferente al ser atendido por la Srita. Adiana Trejo, cuando vayan pregunten por ella, es muy atenta y da seguimiento al envío de facturación.
I agree with several of the comments regarding the lady who attends directly at the counter, does not have a correct treatment of the client. Luckily I already had a different experience being attended by Ms. Adiana Trejo, when they ask about her, she is very attentive and follows up on the sending of invoices.
