★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy bueno, mi problema fue que por cambio de domicilio quise cancelar el servicio y el servicio telefónico para cancelarlo es pésimo, para una contratación contestan rápido pero para cancelar te dejan 30 min en espera en el teléfono y al final tienes que colgar y llamar y llamar de nuevo, hasta el momento no he podido cancelarlo.
 The service is very good, my problem was that by change of address I wanted to cancel the service and the telephone service to cancel it is bad, for a hiring they answer quickly but to cancel they leave you 30 min waiting on the phone and in the end you have to hang up and call and call again, so far I have not been able to cancel it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te dan un pésimo servicio , no realizan las cancelaciones en tiempo y forma , te cobran por un servicio que no te ofrecen , nunca hacen cambio de domicilio , cobran multas por retrasos y te dan tan no servicio que te hacen sentir que tu eres el responsable de su no servicio . Recomiendo nunca contratarlo
They give you a terrible service, they do not make cancellations in a timely manner, they charge you for a service that they do not offer, they never change your address, they charge fines for delays and they give you so no service that they make you feel that you are responsible of your non-service. I recommend never hiring it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ quiero cancelar porque ya no vivo ahi. y estoy pagando mensualidad,. sin usar el servicio,., por favor ayudenme,. ya que no me alcanza mi economia para pagar ,.,sin usar el servicio., y me traen vuelta y vuelta y que espere la llamada cuando ni siquiera me hablan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No merecen ninguna estrella estos ratas, tengo meses queriendo cancelar el servicio y nunca te lo cancelan el dia de hoy hasta me colgaron el telefono en atencion a clientes y que no me podian atender, y siguen haciendo cargos, no les recomiendo contratar esta porqueria de servicio, y ni hablar del traro por que es lo peor que he conocido. Di no quieren tener problemas no contraten

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su programación básica pues es bastante normal, lo que si es muyyyy malo en esta empresa es su servicio al cliente, yo para cancelar mi servicio después de 7 años tuve que pagar dos meses más, de lo contrario no me cancelaban nada y seguirían cargando el cobro a mi tarjeta. Pésimo servicio tengan cuidado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me quitaron un día el Servicio, estuve llamando a un teléfono que dan y al marcar dice la grabadora que ese número no existe.
Luego marque a otro que proporcionan y dice la grabadora que los ejecutivos están atendiendo otras llamadas pero qué no cuelgue porque me van a atender y estuve esperando 3/4 de hora y mejor ellos me colgaron.
They took away the service one day, I was calling a telephone that they give and when I dial the recorder says that that number does not exist.
Then I dial another one that they provide and the recorder says that the executives are taking other calls but don't hang up because they are going to answer me and I was waiting for 3/4 of an hour and they better hung up on me.
