★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi carro me lo entregaron con la lodera reparada a medias en lugar de ponerla nueva y el radiador estaba todo suelto, aparte de que tardaron casi dos meses para entregarmelo.
My car was delivered to me with the mudguard partially repaired instead of putting it new and the radiator was all loose, apart from the fact that it took almost two months to deliver it to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio y atención, metí mi carro a este taller por parte de mi seguro y desde el inicio hasta el final tuvieron una excelente comunicación y cumplimiento con fechas, había necesidad de cambiar algunas piezas de la cajuela y detalles de la parte trasera del carro por choque, el tiempo para conseguir las piezas fue bueno (incluso aunque se atravesaron las fechas decembrinas) no hubo mayor atraso, y en cuanto entro al taller en 5 días hábiles ya lo tenía conmigo incluso adelantándose a lo previsto por el seguro con un excelente acabado en cuestión de laminado y pintura. Hubo necesidad de seguimiento post entrega y también en ese momento fueron amables y solucionaron el problema en menos de 1 hora, muy recomendado.
Excellent service and attention, I put my car in this workshop for my insurance and from the beginning to the end they had excellent communication and compliance with dates, there was a need to change some parts of the trunk and details of the rear of the car for crash, the time to get the parts was good (even though the dates were crossed December) there was no major delay, and as soon as I entered the workshop in 5 business days I already had it with me even ahead of what was expected by the insurance with an excellent finish in terms of laminate and paint. There was a need for post-delivery follow-up and also at that time they were kind and solved the problem in less than 1 hour, highly recommended.
