★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues contará con un promedio de 4.6 estrellas, pero mi experiencia con esta empresa ha sido de lo peor. El pasado mes de enero de 2022, me postulé para una oferta de trabajo por medio de una ya muy reconocida bolsa de trabajo. Me contactó el área de R.H. Para invitarme a una entrevista a la cual acudí a primera hora y me encuentro con una serie de inconsistencias y desorganización tanto del área de personal, como del área que requería la vacante, personas muy jóvenes con precaria experiencia en su puesto, bastante desalineadas y una actitud en extrema apática; nunca revisaron mi currículum, me hicieron preguntas absurdas, un ambiente muy misterioso, y finalmente me "batearon" como se dice coloquialmente, diciéndome que si seguía interesado en el proceso, debería firmar un pagaré en blanco y realizar una prueba de polígrafo. De lo más absurdo y patético el actuar de estas empleadas, ni el puesto, ni el sueldo ameritaban tales requisitos. De ahí el viejo adagio: NO HAY LADRÓN QUE NO SEA DESCONFIADO. Sritas. Ya dejen de hacernos perder nuestro tiempo y dinero, por eso este país está como está. PÉSIMA EMPRESA.
Well, it will have an average of 4.6 stars, but my experience with this company has been the worst. Last January 2022, I applied for a job offer through an already well-known job bank. I was contacted by the R.H. area. To invite me to an interview to which I went first thing in the morning and I find myself with a series of inconsistencies and disorganization both in the personnel area and in the area that required the vacancy, very young people with precarious experience in their position, quite misaligned and a extremely apathetic attitude; they never reviewed my resume, they asked me silly questions, a very mysterious atmosphere, and finally they "hit" me as they say colloquially, telling me that if I was still interested in the process, I should sign a blank promissory note and take a polygraph test. The most absurd and pathetic act of these employees, neither the position nor the salary merited such requirements. Hence the old adage: THERE IS NO THIEF WHO IS NOT DISTRUSTED. Misses. Stop making us waste our time and money, that's why this country is the way it is. BAD COMPANY.
